About Fineview Landscapes
Fineview Landscapes began trading early in 1997, initially starting out as a small team lead by company director and founder Matt Page.
In summer 2014, Emma Bell and Kristofer Cullum-Fernandez purchased ownership of the company and continue to run it with similar vision, which is to provide quality commercial landscaping services and grow a reputation for efficiency, value and personable service. By developing our contacts with local and regional building contractors, we have achieved that vision and strengthened our position as a leading supplier of quality landscape and fencing works. We understand the needs of clients and our focus lies in providing a professional and reliable service from tender stage right through to completion. Co-operation and communication are essential to our success as a business; therefore our clients can rely on our full commitment to their enterprise.
Fineview Landscapes now operates on a range of schemes across the South East region and work to many varied and diverse project specification and requirements. We are proud to have worked for established construction companies such as Bellway Homes, Jenner Contractors, Provian Construction, WW Martin, and GSE Group and to have operated on some major development sites in the South East including the Channel Tunnel Rail link for C.A Blackwell.
Health and Safety
Owing to the nature of our work it is of paramount importance for us to adhere to current Health and Safety requirements for our construction sites.
We consider the safe conduct and working conditions of our employees and other team members on site as essential to our productivity as a business. As such we are proud to be an accredited member of the SAFE contractor scheme which enables us to maintain and review our high standards of Health and Safety for all our employees and clients. In addition, we also employ an external agent who provides continuing advice and guidance in regards to evolving Health and Safety issues and enables us to keep abreast of current legislation.
Our site teams are practised in the necessities of safe work conduct through regular inductions and tool box talks. All of our site operatives are CSCS Certificated and we have an appointed first-aider qualified in Emergency first aid at work (EFAW) present at every project location.
Meet the Team
Our team comprises of a dedicated group of people who can advise on all landscaping, fencing and site management details. We employ a large team of ground-workers, all of which are CSCS Certificated, and a dedicated office-based team of designers and estimators each with their own areas of expertise. Whatever you require, our team are always happy to advise and seek a solution.
Emma Cousens - Operations Director
Emma joined Fineview Landscapes in 2004 having previously worked for a similar landscape contractor firm in an administrative role. Bringing her former knowledge of this sector and exceptional organisation skills, Emma quickly progressed to becoming office co-ordinator and a principal estimator for Fineview landscapes.
Emma handles many aspects of the business organisation in addition to completing tender applications and quotations for clients for both fencing and landscaping projects.
Specialising in our fencing and hoarding services, Emma can also give advice on maintenance and clearance works for you project.
Emma is a familiar contact among the many surveyors and site agents with whom we work on a regular basis. She also assists in the daily management of our site teams and is a valued point of contact for our site personnel whilst on location. Kristofer Cullum-Fernandez - Estimating and Design Director
Kris is Fineview Landscapes Estimating and Design Director. Kris joined the company in 2011 and has quickly established himself as a key member of the team.
Having achieved a BAHons in Garden Design from Greenwich University, Kris relocated overseas to work for a large Landscape Architecture firm in Saudi producing designs for many prestigious private and commercial clients. Using this time to gain extensive experience in landscape design and project management, Kris quickly developed a firm understanding of successful site construction.
In addition to assisting Matt with site management details, Kris also deals directly with our main landscaping tenders. He can also offer bespoke design services to our clients for both small and large landscaping schemes and has provided detailed planting plans for many of our tender applications.
Kris's composed and logical approach to work is always valued during the tender process, whilst his easy manner makes him a welcome contact among our clients and suppliers.

Dawn Fitch - Chief Accountant and Head of Finance
Dawn is Fineview Landscapes chief accountant and Head of Finance. She has been a loyal member of the company since its beginnings and remains an integral part of Fineview Landscapes administration and management team.
Dawn combines acute proficiency with an amicable approach to doing business. As company secretary, Dawn ensures the smooth operation of the company and can answer all queries relating to finance and business matters.
